Bean Burritos


Bean & Cheese Burrito
 
Homemade "Refried" Beans
1 can pinto beans
1/4 Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 tsp cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sautee onion & garlic with non-stick spray just until translucent
Add beans including liquid & heat through
Mash beans with potato masher and continue cooking over low heat until thickened (about 8-10 mins)
Makes 12oz or about 4 servings 87.5 cal each

3 oz beans (87.5 cal), 2tbsp Tillamook shredded cheddar (55 cal) on a flat-out wrap (90 cal). Roll like a burrito and spray with non-stick spray. Place on grill pan or George Foreman for 3-4 mins untl outside is browned & crispy! Total 232.5 calories
