Cheesy Egg sandwich with Spinach & Tomato


 
Cheesy Egg sandwich with Spinach & Tomato 250 calories
1 large egg
1 egg white
2 tbsp tillamook shredded cheddar
1/4 c baby spinach
2 slices roma tomato
1/8 c chopped onion
1 flat-out fold-it

Cook eggs in skillet with non-stick spray to your liking. Place on fold-it & top with cheese and onions. Spray fold- it with non-stick spray and place in sandwich press or George foreman until brown & crispy.
Remove and open sandwich- add tomatoes & spinach, fold and enjoy!
